How your cellphone spies on you
Every known cellphone which is powered on with a SIM is constantly connected to the nearest cellular tower to render mobile functionality of the apparatus. In days gone by, whatever information was collected by mobile networks in the era preceding the smart phone was ephemeral, i.e. kept for so long as it was necessary and later discarded. But, today, all of our cellphone activity is stored indefinitely on a perennial basis, and because of the legalities involved in contracts forged between mobile users and mobile networks, there is little that can be done to remedy the situation since the data emitted technically belongs to the mobile operators rather than to the buyers of the mobile devices.

Such a move would free the state from the clutches of the Fed, reduce the debt burden, boost investments and serve the public interest.
